Reese was being raised and trained to be an assistance dog for someone with a physical disability or who is deaf or hard-of-hearing but in April, 2017, she was chosen for the Assistance Dogs International Breeding Cooperative. Reese remained as a member of the PADS community and whelped 24 puppies in the Peace, Calgary Stampede and Helicopter litters.  Some of her puppies were shared with five other assistance dog schools in North America. Reese has now retired and is living the life of very loved and pampered pet.

It truly takes a village to raise a puppy, and you can be part of the PADS village — all donations raised through this page go directly towards our veterinary care fund to ensure that PADS’ puppies are healthy and happy. Help support PADS today.
