BOWYER has been splitting his time between Burnaby and up north with his raisers, alternating between training field trips with Margaret and having some R&R at home. When he is in town, he continues to accompany Margaret on various outings to local schools and other assorted errands. Bowyer is great with the kids at the schools he visits. His striking good looks and unique coloring making him a big hit with both students and teachers and he loves the attention. We continue to assess Bowyer for a potential AFD or PTSD career and hope to run him through a pre-placement test soon.

  • Skills being learned: Maintaining all basic obedience and public access manners.
  • Recent field trips: Various training field trips with Margaret and other advanced training volunteers.
  • Possible behavior challenges: Dog distraction, resource guarding, barking at unseen noises.
  • Potential career path: AFD

Thank you again for all your support of Advanced Dog Bowyer!
