BURKE continues his summer adventures, visiting new people and going to lots of different places so he can keep his skills string for his future client. We are eagerly awaiting his client match. In the meantime, Burke has been having fun perfecting cute tricks like ‘roll over’ and keeping his obedience and public access manners on point! We hope to have more news about a placement for Burke very soon!
- Skills being learned: ‘My lap’, deep pressure, hand signals, ‘bow’, ‘fist bump’, chin targeting to laps and the ground, ‘roll over’.
- Recent field trips: Calgary Communities Against Sexual Abuse (CCASA), The Center for Suicide Prevention (CSP).
- Possible behavior challenges: Olfactory and dog distraction, mouths hands on greeting.
- Potential career path: AFD
Thank you again for all your support of Advanced Dog Burke!
