BURKE continues to have adventures on his journey towards becoming an assistance dog, meeting lots of new people and visiting tons of new places. He makes people smile everywhere he goes. Even the balloons are smiling! The big news from this month is that Burke successfully completed his pre-placement test and is now one step closer to being matched with a client as an accredited facility dog. Our focus going forward will be to find the exact right place for this special guy to share his gift of impressive wiggles and sharing his calm demeanor with people that he meets. His trainer Miranda is very grateful to the amazing community of volunteers, and our puppy program staff that have made Burke’s success in passing his pre-placement test possible. We are looking forward to announcing his future match soon!
