Moving into the Fall season, BURKE has been “working” hard at visiting new people and going lots of different places so he can keep his skills strong for his future client. We are eagerly awaiting a match for him. In the meantime, he is having fun perfecting skills like retrieving medication on a timer and keeping his obedience and manners on point.

  • Skills being learned: My lap’, deep pressure, ‘bow’, ‘fist bump’, chin targeting to laps and the ground, ‘roll over’, medication retrieving, ‘light’, ‘button’, ‘behind’.
  • Recent field trips: Off leash dog park, Michaels, Chinook Centre.
  • Possible behavior challenges: Mouths hands on greetings, can be distracted by smells and other dogs
  • Potential career path: AFD or PTSD

Thank you again for all your support of Advanced Dog Burke!
