Chinook continues to blast through life full of joy and energy. She spent two weeks with PADS puppy sitters this month, and they love her. Chinook is always willing to learn and to cuddle, and they noted that her recall in the park is outstanding. Chinook’s biggest challenge continues to be self-control and regulation. The desire to explore cupboards, rooms, boxes and drawers and her interest in chasing little critters is still very strong. When doing a training session, she knows exactly what to do – and not do – but she tends to forget that self-control when she gets excited during regular life. Chinook was spayed at the end of September, so she finished the month having some extra rest and recovery time.
