CRYSTAL has been learning new service skills and has been refining her retrieve hold on various objects. She has been working on duration carry of objects on campus and in public.

- Recent field trips: Robert Burnaby Park, Lougheed Mall, Douglas College, 8 Rinks.
- Possible behavior challenges: Vocalizing at present or unseen dogs barking.
- Potential career path: Service, PTSD Service or AFD
