Dervish is progressing nicely. We are impressed by how eager he is to learn and work. The weekly class is always motivating and we are truly discovering it’s more human training than puppy training!
We have been working on Dervish staying focused in high distraction situations, especially around other dogs. Nail trimming is a real challenge but we are trying to reintroduce paw handling in the hopes that he will get used to having his nails trimmed. He is looking forward to a Thanksgiving weekend trip on the sailboat!
