Dory has had a very social month starting with her staying a few days with her sponsor, Celeste, and her St. John’s ambulance dog, Jo (or as we call her, “Auntie Jo”) whom Dory loves.  Released PADS dog Dune came for a play; he’s much, much bigger than Dory yet a gentle giant.  Then PADS Queenie and her raiser (the other “Auntie Jo”) came over.  We all walked to Bert Flinn park where the dogs had a good run in the sun.

We’ve attended E-Comm a couple times now and the dispatchers love how affectionate Dory is.  I think Dory enjoys it as much as they do.

We hosted an engagement party at our house with about fifty people and three other dogs attending.  Dory was amazing!  Everyone commented on how calm she was.  We were really impressed!  We also had some birthdays to celebrate – it’s been a big month of celebrations.

We continue to work on cues to strengthen Dory’s skills.  She’s doing well and keeps us laughing with her funny personality and love.
