Gracie II | December 2015

Happy New Year!!!!!  Wow, 2015 flew by but it was full of amazing new adventures and new people!  One of my mom’s students asked what my most memorable adventure was . . . I’d have to say it was our trip to California and playing on the beach with my brother, Brodie.  The water was warm and the other dogs were so friendly!  Brodie loved herding the ocean LOL

We spent Christmas this year at home.  My grandpa and grandma from Saskatchewan came to visit.  I love it when they come.  It means loads of cuddles and carrots.  Grandma feeds me carrots a lot!  We went to watch my little buddy James play hockey, went to Canmore for a hike and shopping, and spent a lot of time visiting with friends and family.  That’s what the holidays are all about, right?  Did I mention how excited I was that we finally got enough snow to make snow angels in?  My mom isn’t a big fan of winter but she tells me that she’s happy that I love it so much . . . she makes jokes that I should have more coat because I was born to be an outside dog!

I am so blessed and grateful for all the people who love me.  My “first mom”, Leona, makes me feel very special by grooming me, taking care of me and she even brought me a Christmas gift!!!

As the new year rolls in, me and my HeartStrings family wish all of you a year filled with new adventures, beautiful memories and amazing people to share them with xoxo Gracie
