Oh wow . . . where to begin! Β I have been busy this month! Hmmm . . . letβs start with Teacherβs Convention with my mom.Β We went to Whispering Equine, an Equine Facilitated Wellness program operated by the nicest lady.Β Carrie loved on me and let me run around in the horse arena and check out her classroom and all the stalls.Β There was so much to see and smell!Β Then, I got to meet the horses! Β I have to admit it was a bit scary at first.Β Horse are huge!Β My momΒ brought my Auntie Darci along to help me feel more safe and it really helped.Β Once I saw that Darci was comfortable with the horses, I was able to relax and just lay in the grass and watch.Β My BFF Chelsea was there too.Β Chelsea used to be a student of my momβs and she knew me way back when I was just a tiny little thing.Β I really liked Jay.Β Jay is the biggest horse ever but heβs such a sweet boy.Β He just hung out on the other side of the fence and checked in on me now and then.Β My mom says that maybe we will get to take students to Carrieβs place sometime. Β I canβt wait to go back!!!

Then we had a big class field trip to Bass Pro Shop.Β I go there lots with my mom but this is the first time Iβve been there with so many other dogs!Β We practiced different tasks at in different parts of the store.Β My mom needs to work with me on getting in and out of the elevator safely.Β We always take the stairs because she says itβs better for us but now we are taking the elevator more so we can practice.Β Iβm not sure I like being in the elevator with other BIG dogs but itβs never a long ride so I manage.Β I was superΒ surprised to seeΒ Leona (my first mom/breeder) that day.Β She came to see how my training was going and to meet some other PADS puppies. Β It was really nice to see her there and I have to admit I showed off a bit for her!Β My mom took a picture of us together in front of the fishes which just happens to be my favorite spot to hang out in the store.
So between field trips, meeting horses and going to seminars, I did go to work every day.Β Talk about exhausting.Β I love being with the kids at my high school.Β I love the staff too.Β Mr. B and Ms. M come to visit me EVERYDAY!Β My mom shakes her head at Mr. B because he lays on the floor and plays with me πΒ My days are really full but I am able to get naps in here and there.Β Sometimes I even fall asleep before dinner.Β I canβt wait for more fun adventures now that the weather is nice!Β Pretty soon we are taking a trip to Grandmaβs house . . . woohoo!Β Iβll tell you about it next time!
