HAMMOND continues to have lots of adventures and is learning new skills daily. He has been taking his bracing skills on the road and is working on building confidence in those skills in various new environments. His favorite part of his day is putting his harness on and having a good game of tug with his trainer Miranda and his buddy, fellow trainee Burke.
- Skills being learned: Body targeting, movement skills, chin targeting, retrieve, βstepβ, bracing skills, βlightβ, βtug.β
- Recent field trips: South Centre Mall, Calgary Public Library, Safeway, Local off-leash dog park.
- Possible behavior challenges: Some dog distraction, cautious on different surfaces.
- Potential career path: Service, AFD or PTSD
