This month was a big month for me! Not only did I turn 1 but I also traveled with my raiser to Ontario bringing my flight total up to 4 before the age of 1! I love flying as it gives me a great opportunity to show off all my skills and planes are great for naps. Once we landed in Ontario we headed to my raiser’s cottage where I got to run and play for most of the week. I sure do love my job but it’s important to take time to rest, relax and recharge. The week passed by much too quickly and we headed back to Vancouver to celebrate my birthday. I am not entirely sure what birthdays are but here is what I learned about them this year: 1) They are yummy ( the hooman gave me lots of good treats) 2) They can be shared ( I have 4 wonderful sisters) and 3) they are a great chance to take time to reflect on who has helped you get where you are ( That includes you!!) .
So from the bottom of my heart thank you to everyone who has helped me during my first year of life. It truly takes a village to raise a PADS puppy and the hooman and I couldn’t do it without you. Here’s to another great year!
