Journey II has been enjoying the beautiful weather in this extra-long summer! The nice, warm weather has meant we can still spend our days outside training and playing which Journey II loves. She has been increasing her fitness and body awareness this month with regular mountain hikes and incorporating balance work on unstable surfaces during training sessions. Her confidence is growing every day!Β
