In the past few weeks Magic has been to the noon-hour concerts at UBC, symphony concerts: UBC at The Chan (photo), VSO at Orpheum and Vancouver Opera at the QE (photo). She had excellent default behaviour with ‘go in’ and settling with duration at all of the events. We have been on daily walks in the woods. While there she did a tentative ‘go in’ (photo) under a bench with people/other dogs walking past. After an energetic run/play she held a great ‘stand’ while smiling and showing her pearly whites.
We are practicing ‘go in’ while travelling on the bus, being more attentive while walking in new areas with new smells, ‘chin’, and meeting dogs when on leash without trying to greet them. Still much to learn!
