Spring has sprung in Calgary and while lock down is still in effect, we have been making the best of the situation by enjoying the activities that are not cancelled. Visits to the park are a group favorite! MALLEE has really blossomed in her confidence and skills. She is loving showing off what she knows with her characteristic wiggle and eagerness and Miranda is excited to see where Mallee’s training takes her as an assistance-dog-in-training.
- Skills being learned: Retrieve, ‘tug’, holding objects firmly and with duration, ‘button’, wheelchair skills.
- Recent field trips: Currently Not Applicable Due to COVID-19
