Mercy spent July in and around beautiful British Columbia. Travels to the island gave her an opportunity to experience the ferry, several different new accommodations, crowds of people and many indoor and outdoor eateries.

July was also really hot but Mercy managed to stay cool at the beach. There were many awesome training days of being “at work” at the beach. I was impressed by Mercy’s ability to stay focused despite the birds, waves and running kids.

Mercy continues to practice her duration sit and down. We’re also working in heal and side. But our biggest challenge right now is perfecting loading and unloading from the car. Perhaps when the weather cools she’ll be more eager to “car” after a good sit.
