QUOKKA has spent the last month working with Margaret, going on lots of field trips to various local schools. He thrives in a school environment and loves all the attention he gets from the students and teachers. We hope to finish his pre-placement testing soon and will hopefully be matching him with a client in the very near future!
- Skills being learned: Maintaining basic obedience and public access manners, “leave it” games.
- Recent field trips: Various local schools, Lougheed Mall.
- Possible behavior challenges: Eating food off the floor.
