Russet is 8 months old and doing great! In addition to the usual trips around town, he went to the hospital with his human dad and charmed all the nurses on shift. He also attended Aggie Days at the Calgary Stampede to greet guests with special needs. He got to meet Stampede Royalty and a number of farm animals. He liked the ducks, sheep, and horses the best!
At puppy class, Russet has been learning how to back up in response to leash pressure. This came in handy at a restaurant when we had to reverse to get out of the way of a busy server.
