SASSAFRAS and her new partner started remote Team Training this month via video call at the Burnaby campus and just recently made it to her new home with her client. So far, she has been settling in nicely and is enjoying doing sound work with her new client. Sassafras’ trainer Ashley is very grateful to the amazing community of volunteers, our donors, our puppy program staff, and our client service staff that have made this placement possible. A special thanks to Team Sassafras for all the time, love and hard work you have put into helping Sassafras become the best assistance dog she can be! Thank you and congratulations Team Sassafras!
