We are very excited to announce that SASSAFRAS has been matched with a client and started team training at the end of June. Due to COVID-19, Team Training formatting has changed. This means as much as possible will be done with video conferencing and then when it is safe for both staff and client, Sassafras will make her way to her new home! Sassafras continues to work on maintaining her sound alerts with Ashley and is eagerly awaiting the day when she gets to start working with her client in person! Thank you to all PADS volunteers and staff, especially Team Sassafras; Sassafras would not be the amazing dog she is today without your love and support. We look forward to celebrating when she can make the move to her client! Congratulations Team Sassafras!
