Happy New Year! I hope you all had as much fun over the holidays as I did.
We’ve finally returned to a bit of a normal routine after the chaos of the holidays. I’ve been working very hard this month on improving my duration for some of my skills. The other day at class we all managed to hold a 2-minute down with distraction (the humans were very impressed). I’ve also been learning to hold a cue even when the human walks away (it’s hard because I want to be with her but she always comes back and gives me treats).
I also spent some time with a puppy sitter this month. I had so much fun exploring new environments and showing off my skills to a bunch of new people. However, I was pretty happy to come back to all my own toys.
There was a lot of indoor work this month because the weather was a bit chilly on and off, so hopefully February will let me play (I mean work) outside a bit more.
Well, that’s about it for me this month, short and sweet.
Wags and Wiggles,
Tiller
