The big event this month was TREVOY’S trip out to the Burnaby Campus to work in our training facility and go through his pre-placement test. The great news is that he completed and passed his exam and is now eagerly awaiting a client match. Congratulations to everyone who has been a part of Trevoy’s journey up until this point.
- Skills being learned: Getting the phone, assisting in the removal of clothing items, retrieving a wheelchair, putting items into a bin, transferring all skills to multiple handlers.
- Recent field trips: Road trip to PADS Burnaby Campus, Cold Garden, Southcenter Mall.
- Possible behavior challenges: Alert barking, struggles with difficult tasks for new people, gets very excited at sporting events.
- Potential career path: Service
