TREVOY has spent the month getting ready for his team training at the beginning of June. He’s been working on skills like turns when pulling a wheelchair and putting ice cubes into a dog water dish. He loves learning new skills, so this part has been a walk in the park for him. His trainer Miranda is very grateful to the amazing community of volunteers that have made his placement possible. Congratulations team Trevoy!

  • Skills being learned: Getting the phone, assisting with the removal of clothing, retrieving a wheelchair, putting items into a bin, working with multiple handlers.
  • Recent field trips: Various hiking trails, rugby practice, Home Depot, MacLeod Trail Animal Hospital, South Centre Mall.
  • Possible behavior challenges: Alert barking, gets very excited at sporting events, struggles with difficult tasks for new people.
  • Potential career path: Service

Thank you again for all your support of Advanced Dog Trevoy!
