TUSCAN has had an eventful month. He visited the local EMS station in Sooke and got to meet some of the Paramedics for cuddles and they let him explore the inside of an ambulance. He was on his best behavior, even when they turned on the sirens and lights. He also visited the local Fire Station and met some of the firefighters! Tuscan and Don took a trip to Nanaimo to visit advanced instructor Rob and his dogs and did some training together. He has spent a lot of time working on keeping his cool in high distraction areas and is doing well, engaging with his handler even in the most distracting areas.
