My favourite place to walk is in Burnaby, BC, at Confederation Park. There is a beautiful trail where I get to SNIFF and encounter other dogs. It is a fair hike and I am usually winded when I return home to lay on my favorite mat. The hike takes 45 minutes and I enjoy meeting up with the βregularsβ (dogs) who are off-leash but it is safest for me to be on-leash. The trail runs off the TransCanada trail and quite often there are joggers brushing by.
Occasionally, I am also taken to the Seawall along Stanley Park. This is where I really see lots of action – cyclists, joggers, children laughing or crying in strollers and many interesting smells. My favorite thing to do is stare at the geese.
Until next time….
