This month Woody worked on his loose leash walking amid dogs off leash and other high distractions. We went to Whistler and had lots of fun playing in the snow. When we had houseguests Woody demonstrated an excellent understanding of ‘wait’ as he wasn’t allowed to go into the guests room. He didn’t go in all weekend although the door was often left open and there were tempting items on the floor such as mittens and bookmarks and fun little people playing inside. Woody’s also been working on refining his cues for heel and side, and practicing the difference between rest and roll.
