ZARIA is keeping things low key this month as the world gets used to all the new measures that have been put in place to help keep everyone safe and healthy! Zaria and her advanced sitter are spending their days working on basic skills; house manners and obedience, some basic service skills in a home environment like retrieve and tug and practicing loose leash walking while not sniffing things on the ground. Zaria continues to show steady improvement and we hope to have her ready for pre-placement testing once we can return to life as (mostly) normal.
- Skills being learned: Basic obedience, house manners, basic retrieve and tug in a home environment, maintaining proper loose leash walking.
- Recent field trips: No field trips as per COVID-19 protocol
