ZIVY loves coming to PADS University. She especially loves play time in the yard with her classmates Saffron and Tako. Early morning greetings to everyone is part of her routine. This past month she has been concentrating on embracing her new cape as we have now tried a slightly different style that she seems to like better. Zivy is the kind of girl that takes time to make a bond with her human but given time it is well worth the wait. It’s still early on in Zivy’s advanced dog training but the best career for Zivy may be either AFD or PTSD.
- Skills being learned: Practicing basic obedience and public access manners, games to work through body sensitivity.
- Recent field trips: New Westminster Quay, Lougheed Mall, various local schools, Ikea.
- Possible behavior challenges: Discomfort in cape, body sensitivity, activation or inhibition with stress.
- Potential career path: AFD or PTSD
