CHANGING MY LIFE – REBEKAH

It’s now been more than 12 years since pads helped change my life. My first dog Hudson, a handsome black lab, became an extension of myself, becoming my closest friend, my constant companion, someone that sensed my every mood, and I personally believed gave me the self-confidence and optimism to successfully graduate from University

My second dog Piper, a beautiful small female black lab was loved by everyone at work (HSBC), snoozed when I needed reassurance, licks me to show her affection (sometimes at an awkward time) and spins around like a puppy when not in uniform.

PADS has been the best thing that has happened to me and my family. It has given me a soul-mate that has added a new dimension to my life, and I am eternally grateful to the organization, the training staff, the puppy raisers, the volunteers and the extended family of supporters for all they have done.
