So, my second year of life started off with another ‘first’ – my first heat. Alas, this meant I was quite happy to cuddle up on my various beds and lay low for the majority of the month. I got a free pass from most of my regular outings, but the humans and I did manage to do a couple of weekend hikes on trails that didn’t have a lot of other people or dogs on them. In the meantime, there were lots of birthday celebrations for my humans – so people just came to me this month instead of me coming to them!
By the end of the month, I was back to my regular ol’ self and managed to sneak in a great day at Heritage Park. The goat couldn’t take his eyes off me.
I love the green grass. Sometimes, I sample it. I might have to work on that, but for now, I hope everyone is out enjoying the good weather like me!
