This month Tahsis learned how to alert when keys are dropped! She is also working hard on generalizing her alerts to all different environments and being able to distinguish between them all. We have also made it even more challenging by asking her to alert in high distraction areas such as dog parks and when visiting with people. She is a very smart girl! Tahsis is enjoying all the beautiful summer weather where she gets to go for long walks with her weekend sitter and play with her buddies. She LOVES her off-leash time and bathing in the sun. Tahsis also enjoyed some extra time with her sitter this month while her trainer was away on vacation. She is doing really well generalizing her alerts and skills to different people, too!
