Korra continues to thrive and is a happy, contented pup. She is definitely coming into her adolescence and is getting very strong. We are working with a harness to make it easier to curb her enthusiasm when she smells something interesting, or a bug is flying by. She is really into crickets.
She learns quickly in classes and adapts to other handlers readily. Her favourite thing (other than food) is a good belly rub. She stretches her full body out and has this very special look of contentment on her face.
Korra loves people, sometimes a bit too much, but pays attention to her “nice” command. She calms down nicely with her “calm cookie”. We did find out that so far, Korra does not like going into water, creeks or the ocean, but that may not be a bad thing. Unless she doesn’t like baths. Her sister got skunked the other day, but Korra was spared, so we have not had to bathe her yet. One of her sitters will work up to taking her to her office soon, as we haven’t had that experience yet. I think you would be proud of how well she is doing. I am!
