This month was an exciting one for Tahsis! She accompanied her trainer to a 3-day course and blew everyone away at how quickly she settled and slept through the entire thing! Tahsis also travelled to Kelowna with her trainer and did pretty good on the plane. Initially, she was a little worried about the plane but eventually settled in. Tahsis has spent the month generalizing all her alerts to different places and handler locations and is doing incredible! Her love for the work is infectious and it is really cool to see all the pieces fitting together. We had such a busy month that we didn’t get around to completing her pre-placement testing, but we will prioritize that for next month. Way to go, Tahsis!
