The month of October has been a lot different for me. My raiser was on vacation and then picked me and I was home for a few days and had to go back to my favourite sitter lady due to a family emergency. So, I was only with my family for 9 days this month. I spent the rest of it with my sitter. I also turned 1 year old and the sitter lady helped me celebrate.
So all I can say is that I did do some things with my family but Halloween was strange for me. I tried on a witch hat and helped mom put out some decorations. Then later, all these kids kept coming to the door wanting candy. I was good and stayed upstairs while my family gave out candy. I even heard lots of booms & bangs but that didn’t bother me.

Bonus Pupdate:
I turned one this month and my sitter’s niece made me a birthday card with my pictures on it, so cute. The sitter’s pet dog is getting used to having me around. She watched me practice my cues and sometimes joined in as well, which seemed to surprise my sitter. I had outings when the weather was dry. I went to check out my first Salmon run by the Coquitlam River and strolled through neighbourhoods with lots of fall colours. I attended another in-person class with the sitter. She seemed more tired than I was at the end of the class.
