Itβs definitely the Fall semester β weβve been doing lots of learning! Aside from regular classes, we also went on a field trip to see noisy ambulances β I wasnβt worried in the least β in fact, seeing all those new people had me even more excited than usual! Then I also had a day pretending to go to the vet, but really, I went to meet students at Douglas College and give them a whole new learning experience!! I also went to the Massey Theatre to watch a full live show. Well, I didnβt really watch it, I just went under humanβs seat and slept through it!
As usual, human needed company to tonnes of places β voting being one β it wasnβt that exciting, even though I saw two other dogs who were waiting outside, as they didnβt have a vest like mine. I stayed calm and collected so as human could cast her vote. We had lots of work things to do as well β Iβve started to learn how to camouflage at the office β I bet you canβt find me in the picture below! We also had to head downtown via transit to attend a full-day conference β one whole day in the same room! I slept through most of it, aside from when human had to speak, then I thought it would be fun to try and go and say hello to someone else. Like I always say, you gotta keep human on their toes. For regular office days, Iβve started to step up my game with a bowtie; helps me make an entrance.
There were lots of things to do with Halloween costumes and figurines (yawn!), families giving thanks for all they have, and of course, seeing the pumpkin patch. When I was there, I also saw people riding on really big dogs β human called them ponies. Regardless, I was just happy I got to sit back and watch!! We also saw lots of different animals in the petting zoo β gosh, the pigs smeltβ¦different! For fun, Yoki and I enjoyed some very early morning swimming and running β it was just the best day ever. We had a lovely snooze on the long drive home.
