October was full of great sniff-aris, some hikes, a Thanksgiving camping trip, theatre, online training with friends from the West Coast (PADS is everywhere!), and of course, Halloween! My raising family and I had an unusual outing to see something called the Northern Lights… I don’t really know what that is, but I’m sure a fan of late-night walks in the wilderness! So many great smells, and I always love being with my people.
I lent my bee costume from last year out to my beagle neighbour friend (so he could be a bee-gle, get it?!), because one of the little humans needed me to be a hot dog to complete his hot dog vendor costume. I was more than happy to oblige. I also got to partake in the annual Fall family photos. I’m fully recovered from my surgery (the vet gave me the official stamp of approval!) and love being back to full activity levels again. This was my big task this month… heal and rest! I’d say I have that task mastered. Woo hoo!
