Happy New Year!
My raiser’s proudest moment this month was when a piece of Ukrainian sausage fell off the counter (thatβs a story unto itself!) and hit me on the head (!!!). It then hit the floor right in front of meβ¦ and you know what I did?! I looked down at it and then looked up at my raiser to check in! Yep, I was a good pup.
So now you must ask⦠did I get the sausage?!
No. The answer, sadly, is no. Something about too many spices and salt.
However, did I get a big reward?!
Yes. THAT answer is yes. My raiser managed to find me one of my amazing treats that had been stashed in my stocking that I have been working through this month (yum!) and a great big handful of kibble (my standby favourite) as a reward for making such a good choice.
Iβd say my New Year is off to a great start! By the way, what do you think of my stylish new winter coat? And my fancy new snuffle mat?
Finally – I canβt share photos of the amazing students I learn with, but I can share a photo of the melty bead project that a student made me as a gift. I carry it in my pads cape at school now. Isnβt it wonderful? They really do love meβ¦
Until next month,
Blair
PS – I know it will be hard to tell, but can you figure out which photo is NOT really a photo of me, and instead a photo that one of the little humans made with AI? π
