This was another busy month for me as my raisers wanted to make sure I was getting out doing stuff even though the weather was not great sometimes.
From going to the mall and into a few stores, to taking walks in the rain. I did some trail walks. One of them was in the rain, and it was also kinda muddy too. But, I still had fun. Oh, and I even helped with geocaching. My great sense of smell helped to locate the cache behind a tree. I knew what they were looking for and so I found it first.
There was also the early morning walk we did and I had fun with about 5 other PADS dogs. We got to run around without a leash. It was also good training for me to do recalls. Pretty sure I did very well. There were a couple of times that I didnβt hear, because I was having too much fun with another dog.
There was another walk we did that was very long. This time, I got to walk with my friend Athena at a big park in Langley. Weβve walked together many times before. Sheβs slower than me. Hahaha. We even got a chance to run around on a large field where no one else was.
In between all of these walks there were my classes. Still keeping up with my training & learning. Iβm also back at Douglas College every Wednesday to help the students become good dog doctors. I like it there and everyone there likes me. Plus, I get to be with other PADS dogs too. My training is always on-going.
