Tesla will turn 1 year at the beginning of February and is now 49lbs. Sheβs a happy pup, that enjoys her cuddles and kibble. Tesla had many new experiences throughout the month including a trip on the Skytrain to YVR. She settled in nicely for the ride. Along with the usual coffee shop stops and grocery store visits, Tesla had an opportunity to hang out at a local venue for a game of pool, where she demonstrated her best-settled behaviour while activity was going on around her.
Tesla also met up with her sister, PADS Lyriq, who she hadnβt seen for months. They had so much fun together romping around at the beautiful farm where Lyriq lives.
Towards the end of the month, the raisers welcomed a new PADS pup, 8-week Libby II, into the household. Tesla did so well with trying her best to be gentle, but there were moments when she just couldnβt resist her new little playmate! Together, the pups stopped in for a special hot chocolate for the hoomans at Peaked Pies, where proceeds supported PADS.
Tesla also celebrated her first birthday with friends and family, enjoying a special treat! Next month, Tesla will join another raiser, Teri, to carry on her PADS training journey and allow her to build her skills in a new environment to become the best pup she can be!
