Tzar continues to do well with his training and we’ve been working on extending the duration for his sit, stand and down. He learned how to behave around a fearless 6-month-old kitten we were looking after for 2 weeks and adapted his behaviour around the much smaller creature. I think he believed she was a stuffy at first since his initial tendency was to try to gently pick her up by the scruff of the neck.
April had beautiful weather so we went for lots of long walks in addition to our regular in-cape errands and outings. Tzar also enjoyed lots of hikes with his favourite Auntie Kristen who also took him to a Cidery to visit some alpacas one day. He was very curious about these strange animals.
At the end of April, we dropped Tzar off with a sitter as we flew off to Italy for 6 weeks. We will miss our handsome boy and look forward to seeing him again in mid-June!
