May was my last month with my original puppy raisers as I’m heading to a new raiser for some new experiences. It’s always a sad milestone, but one that signals we’re ready for the next part of our journey to change lives.
The biggest thing that happened this month was I had the big “snip” which resulted in me having to spend two weeks hanging around the house in pyjamas. For anyone who knows me, I am not a sit-on-the-sidelines kind of guy, so it was a little challenging to stay calm. However, I celebrated with lots of running and swimming once I was given the green light to do so. I also made sure to continue working on my skills and get in some good cuddle time with my fur family before I left.
