Hi friends!
In June, I enjoyed some outings with my raiser. I love to work, and I’m a super good boy in public. I’ve also gone on some outings with my little mentee, Gaffer. We have been working on settling outdoors together while our raiser is working on her computer. We are getting very good at this and only occasionally start playing bitey face.
I hung out with some puppy friends again this month. I got to go to my buddy Taj’s second birthday party, where I had a blast! I also went to the Campus Canines beach party with sooo many other dogs. I continued going to puppy classes, where I’ve been perfecting my cues and working on dog distractions.
Gaffer and I have been enjoying lots of beach days lately! I loooove running in the water and zooming around the beach. I’ve been teaching Gaffer to enjoy it too, because he was a bit apprehensive at first. But I showed him just how fun the ocean is! My human also took me paddleboarding a few times! I surprised her by jumping right onto the board! I’ve also been learning to leap off of it, which is super fun.
This month, I also continued to get medical testing to see if I’m a good fit as a breeding dog! I had to get some X-rays done, so I got sedated and came home a silly, loopy boy. I entertained my raiser by forgetting how to put my tongue back in my mouth. I didn’t find it so funny, but I slept off the sedation and was back to my normal self in no time!
