The dog days of summer have arrived, and Blazer met them head-on with a walk through Bowness Park and a splash in the river, an excursion for ice cream, lolling on a deck with a yummy Kong, and a couple of playdates with some of his PADS friends. These were just the highlights; of course, there were plenty of walks and other outings as well. We even managed to get an outdoor shower in on a super hot day.
Blazer learned to be extra gentle with some baby kittens who were very curious about who this much larger animal was. He was thrilled when they approached him, purring their little hearts out. He loved watching their antics, but it was a bit tricky for him to hold back when it looked like they were having so much fun.
