July was a pretty low-key month for me — turns out, having a heat cycle means lots of rest time. Mine lasted just over 4 weeks, so I had to take a break from my usual public access outings and off-leash walks. That also meant wearing diapers (ugh) — I wasn’t a fan at first, but I got used to them.
While my raisers were away, I stayed with two different sitters. One of them had another dog, which was awesome because I still got to play and burn off some energy. All in all, it wasn’t my most adventurous month, but I still found ways to have fun and keep my tail wagging.
