August was a busy month. I’ve been working hard on so many different cues, and I’m starting to get better without needing a treat to show me what to do, and actually just doing what I hear.

I love being outside and going for walks. I love playing with my people and have especially loved trying a few new treats this month. Mmmm, peanut butter.

My raisers take me to the farmers’ market and the airport a lot. They seem to enjoy coffee, while I get to practice being in busy environments with lots of distractions around. I’ve also been to lots of different stores on various outings.

I stayed with a puppy sitter for the first time. It was so fun because I got to hang out with another PADS dog, Astro. I also got to go to the hospital with my sitter because she’s a doctor and that’s her workplace. It was fun and totally new experiences for me. I was told I had pretty good behaviour.

There’s another human living in our house now who returned from school in Ontario, so that’s been fun too.
