August is a very warm month. People are mostly on vacation, including my trainer, and I wish I could have more group classes so I can learn more.
I enjoy seeing my PADS Pals and Gals in the classes and learn how to properly interact with them. I even got a kiss from a PADS pal during the class.
Glad to be back in class in September!
