October didn’t go as planned, friends. I spent almost all month having the time of my life at a sitters house as I went into heat. My timing was impeccable, and going into heat meant my spay date to move onto the next steps got pushed back.
Right before I went into heat, I had to put my serious paws on and show my trainer how my skills are progressing. I did a fantastic job, according to my human and trainer. Everyone agrees that I am the sweetest and most loving pup, and after great discussions, we all agreed that I will be moving onto the next steps. What step, you might ask? Being the best pet in the world!
Next month, I will be focusing on transitioning to the pet life with my human and searching for my perfect match. The human often jokes that I need my own emotional support human, and I will be reviewing my potential homes, searching for a really good snuggle buddy.
Thank you to all my supporters and village members for helping me on my raising journey. It was a bit of a bumpy ride, but I’m sure glad I was able to find the best job in the world – being someone’s forever friend.
