Gaffer continues to be great to have around. He has become a lot more sniffy as he grows up, but he is still easy to distract from it. Numerous shopping trips to Costco, the mall, etc. He really enjoys getting out and seeing people.
We take him to school, an actual school, once a week, and he loves the kids. He loves the attention they give him, and as the kids learn more about him, they are getting better at waiting until he sits back down when he gets overexcited, and he is getting better at sitting and waiting for the pets that come. The kids we are working with through project literacy really like having him there, and he is a champ at just staying down for the entire half hour and waiting it out with the odd treat from the kids.
