Patty continues to be perfectly lovely at home; she never counter-surfs or tries to get into anything she shouldn’t (except the yoga mat, she is a pro at commandeering that as her new bed whenever it comes out). She gave a few gentle sniffs to our tree and the wrapped gifts underneath, but after seeing that there was no kibble there for her, they were quickly ignored.
We also had guests in the home for a week, and she was very happy to bound out of her kennel and have new people to greet every morning. Patty had surgery on New Year’s Eve, so we did some fun outings and off-leash romps beforehand.
